We are a family-run business based in Middleton, established in 2024 by Anna Kolder, our owner and lead trainer. Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality first aid training that equips individuals and businesses with essential life-saving skills.
We offer Ofqual-regulated Level 2 and 3 Awards in a variety of first aid qualifications, including Paediatric First Aid courses. Our training complies with the latest guidelines from the Resuscitation Council UK, ensuring you receive up-to-date and effective instruction.
First Aid Awards (FAA) awards our qualifications, an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and SQA Accreditation. These qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). We deliver, assess, and quality-assure all courses to meet the Assessment Principles for Regulated First Aid Qualifications.

All trainers are subject to vetting procedures, including an enhanced DBS check.
Meet Anna
Anna Kolder brings over 10 years of teaching experience in the Higher Education sector. She is a qualified teacher, assessor, IQA, and a certified First Aid Instructor. Anna has previously worked as a First Aid and Fire Marshal Instructor for the British Red Cross for over two years and is currently a First Aid Officer at one of the largest colleges in the Northwest.
Her passion for Health and Safety is evident in her continued professional development. She has recently completed her IOSH certification and is pursuing a NEBOSH qualification. Her hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge ensure that learners gain both the confidence and practical skills needed in real-life situations.
Anna believes that first aid training should be engaging and memorable. Her interactive teaching style creates a positive and friendly learning environment, making it easier for learners to absorb knowledge and apply it effectively.
